Ingredients
  • ¼ (1 ½-2 lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Santa Maria Beef Half Tri-Tip
  • 2 sticks softened unsalted butter
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • ½ cup shredded Havarti cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyere cheese

  1. Prepare tri-tip according to package instructions, slice thinly.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Combine butter and parmesan cheese together and spread on one side of each bread slice. Layer cheese, beef, cheese between bread slices and gently place into skillet. Toast on both for sides 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese has melted.
