Ingredients
  • ½ (1 ½-2 lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Steakhouse Beef Tri-Tip
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups rigatoni pasta, cooked
  • 1 grilled and diced yellow squash
  • ¼ cup pesto (recipe below)
  Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • 1 cup rough chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Grilled Steakhouse Tri-Tip, Fresh Basil Pesto, Toasted Pine Nuts, Grilled Summer Squash & Olive Oil Tossed with Rigatoni.

  1. Combine all ingredients for the pesto in a food processor and pulse until well incorporated; set aside.
  2. Cook tri-tip according to package instructions then dice into small pieces.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium. Toss the tri-tip with pasta and squash; heat for an additional 5-7 minutes. Coat the pasta with pesto and serve hot.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
