Ingredients
  • 1 (1 ¼-1 ½ lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Mesquite Flat Iron Steak
  • 1 cup cheese sauce (recipe below)
  • 2 cups macaroni pasta, cooked
  • ½ cup chopped fully-cooked bacon
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  Cheese Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  1. Prepare steak according to package instructions then dice into cubes.
  2. Heat butter in a small sauce pot over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour until all the melted butter has been soaked up, making a roux. Whisk in cream until the roux is well incorporated and thickening begins. Stir in cheese and continue stirring until completely melted; set aside, keeping warm.
  3. Combine the diced steak with the cheese sauce, pasta, bacon and sour cream. Finish with green onions and serve hot.
