Ingredients
  • ½ (1 ¼-1 ½ lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Mesquite Flat Iron Steak
  • 3 russet potatoes
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, sliced in cubes
  • 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese, quartered
  • Sour cream for garnish
Sliced green onions for garnish

  1. Preheat outdoor grill on a low heat.
  2. Grill steak according to package instructions; slice thinly.
  3. Make 8-10 slices in each potato about half an inch deep. Place butter on top of potatoes and wrap in foil. Grill, covered for about 20 minutes; turn and cook for another 20 minutes. Uncover potatoes halfway and slide cheese into each slice on potatoes. Carefully slide steak into potato slices and place back on the grill with foil open and cover. Heat for an additional 10 minutes, allowing cheese to melt. Finish with a dollop of sour cream and sliced green onions.
