Ingredients
  • 1 (1 ½-2 lbs.) pack Crafted Creations Peppercorn Beef Half Tri-Tip
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ cup diced yellow onion
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 14 ounces smoked sausage links, sliced into coins
  • 12 fully-cooked jumbo shrimp, thawed
  • 1 cup rice

  1. Cook tri-tip according to package instructions, dice.
  2. Heat oil in a large sauce pot over medium. Cook onion, pepper, celery and garlic for 7-10 minutes or until tender. Stir in the tomatoes, paste, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Add the tri-tip and sausage, bring up to a boil. Stir in rice and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked. Stir in shrimp and heat for an additional 5 minutes.
