  • 1 package Tyson® Crafted Creations®  Spicy Tomato Beer Thighs
  • ¼ c white rice
  • ¼ c tomato salsa
  • ¾ c unsalted chicken stock, divided
  • ½ c black beans, canned
  • 1 c crushed tortilla chips
  • ¼ c cilantro leaves
  • Sour cream, optional

Enjoy all-in one flavor with a blend of skillet-seared spicy tomato beer chicken thighs, white rice, tomato salsa and chicken stock.

  1. Heat a well-oiled skillet over medium-high to high heat and sear the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Add the rice into the skillet coating with the natural juices from the chicken, slightly toasting the rice. Stir in the salsa and stock, ensure all the rice is in the liquid. Cover and cook until the rice is fluffy and the liquid is absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Stir in the beans until they are warm and finish the skillet by topping with tortilla chips and fresh cilantro.
