Southwest Chicken Fajitas

  • 1 package Tyson® Crafted Creations® Chicken Breast Fajita Strips
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • ½ c sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro to taste
  • ½ (26 oz) package flour tortillas

Skillet-charred chicken breast fajita strips with green bell peppers and white onions, served Southwest-style inside warm flour tortillas with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of lime sour cream.

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat and cook the chicken strips until golden in color, about 10-15 minutes. Add the peppers and onion into the skillet and cook until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Combine the sour cream and lime juice in a serving bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a second skillet, toast the tortillas just until warm. Keep the tortillas warm by wrapping them in damp paper towels in a kitchen towel or linen napkin.
  4. Serve this meal family-style with the chicken and vegetable mix, lime sour cream and warm tortillas.
