  • 1 (1 ½-2 lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Santa Maria Beef Half Tri Tip
  • 3 russet potatoes
  • ½ stick unsalted butter
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Prepare tri-tip according to grill instructions on package.
  2. Peel, clean and boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain and mash potatoes.
  3. While cooking potatoes, melt butter in a small sauce pot over medium heat. Stir in cream and cheese until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper and stir in mashed potatoes. Serve with tri-tip.
