  • 1 package Tyson® Crafted Creations Pork Sparerib Mini-Racks Smokehouse or Applewood
  • 1 qt unsalted beef broth or stock
  • 1 package jumbo udon noodles
  • 4 eggs, soft boiled
  • 1 head baby bok choy, cleaned
  • ½ c Mung bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp chili oil

Slow-cooked Pork Spareribs in a savory broth with udon noodles, bean sprouts, green onions and a soft boiled egg finished with chili oil.

  • Cook the mini rib racks according to package instructions. Carefully remove the bones from the racks and cut each rack in pieces.
  • Boil the broth in a large pot and cook the noodles in the broth according to package instructions.
  • Ladle noodles and broth into bowl and add pieces of ribs. Top each bowl with eggs, bok choy leaves, sprouts, green onions and drops of chili oil. Serve and enjoy!
