  • 1/2 lb Tyson® Crafted Creations® Green Chili Fusion Pork Sirloin Filet, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 butternut squash, roasted and sliced
  • 1/2 acorn squash, roasted and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions, whites only, grilled
  • 2 oz snow pea pod, fresh, sliced
  • 4 c fresh spinach, packed
  • 1/3 c sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar

Char-grilled pork sirloin on a bed of fresh spinach, pea sprouts, roasted red bell peppers, charred green onions, grilled squash, sesame oil and rice vinegar.

  1. Heat a well-oiled skillet over medium-high heat and cook sliced pork for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In four bowls, divide squash, pepper, onions and snow peas over a bed of spinach.
  3. Mix sesame oil and vinegar together, pouring the mixture over vegetables. Top with pork slices and serve.
