Ingredients
  1. 1/2 lb Tyson® Crafted Creations® Green Chili Fusion Pork Sirloin Filet, thinly sliced
  2. 5 medium flour tortillas
  3. 1 c shredded Chihuahua cheese, divided
  4. 1 c green enchilada sauce

Pan-seared pork sirloin rolled into tortillas and baked to perfection in green chili verde sauce and Chihuahua cheese.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat a well-oiled skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced pork for 7-10 minutes.
  3. Divide pork between tortillas, top with cheese and roll.
  4. Place each roll in a vegetable-sprayed baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over rolls and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover and cook for 45-50 minutes.
