  • 1 package Tyson® Crafted Creations® Orange Peel Chicken Thigh Strips
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 6 hoagie rolls, top sliced
  • 6 slices Havarti cheese

A sweet spin on the classic. Orange peel chicken thigh strips charred in a cast iron skillet over hot coals with grilled sweet onions and peppers, topped with melted Havarti cheese nestled in a toasted hoagie roll.

  1. Preheat outdoor grill to a high heat (450-500°F). Place a grill approved cooking skillet or double lined foil on one side of your grill. Spray with vegetable cooking spray and spread out the chicken strips. Cook until the strips are cooked throughout, about 10-15 minutes. *Optional: you can remove the strips from the mat/foil and place on the grill grates. Be careful of the small pieces dropping through the grates.
  2. On the opposite side of the grill, cook the onion and peppers until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Place the rolls on a grill approved pan or foil. Fill the center of the rolls with cheese, vegetables and chicken. Pour any natural juices from the chicken over the top of the sandwiches and enjoy!
