Orange Chicken Banh Mi

  • 1 package Tyson® Crafted Creations® Orange Peel Chicken Thigh Strips
  • 2 loaves demi baguette
  • 1 c shredded green cabbage
  • 1 c shredded carrots
  • ½ c cilantro leaves
  • ¼ c prepared lime mayonnaise

Orange peel chicken thigh strips skillet-seared to perfection and nestled in a hollowed baguette with a fresh Vietnamese slaw of shredded carrots, green cabbage and cilantro drizzled with a citrus mayonnaise.

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat and cook the chicken strips until golden in color, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and warm up the baguettes 6-10 minutes. Cut in half and split to bread on the top; remove some of the bread from the middle, set aside.
  3. Combine the cabbage, carrots and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Divide the slaw into the middle of the baguettes, top with the chicken and finish by drizzling with the mayonnaise.
