Ingredients
  • ½ (1 ½-2 lbs.) pack Steakhouse Beef Tri-Tip
  • 1 square lavash bread
  • ½ cup diced tomato
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup handtorn basil
  • ¼ cup baby arugula
Roasted Shallot Spread
  • 3 roasted shallots
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Grilled Flatbread with Steakhouse Tri-Tip, Roasted Garlic & Shallot Spread and White Cheddar Cheese then topped with Basil and Arugula.

  1. Cook tri-tip according to package instructions, dice small.
  2. Puree the roasted shallots and garlic with salt and pepper in a food processor; slowly add oil. Spread mixture evenly on the lavash then layer with tri-tip, tomato and cheese. Place on the grill, topping side up.
  3. Cover and cook until crust is crisp and cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Cut into rectangles; finish with basil and arugula then serve.
