Hawaiian Pork Pizza

  • 1 (2-3 lbs.) package Tyson® Crafted Creations Pork Shoulder for Barbeque (8 ounces)
  • 14 ounce pre-baked pizza crust
  • 1 ball burrata mozzarella, sliced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup sliced pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint

Slow-cooked Barbeque Pork Shoulder shredded over fresh mozzarella cheese, thin pineapple slices, fresh mint and red onions.

  • Cook the pork shoulder according to package instructions. When the pork is finished, pull a little less than half of the pork using 2 forks and keep warm in the natural juices. Reserve the remaining for another meal.
  • Preheat oven at 425°F.
  • Place the pizza crust onto a pizza stone, round baking pan or just a baking-sheet pan. Layer the crust with pulled pork, cheese, onion slices and pineapple. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Finish with the fresh mint and enjoy!
