Ingredients
  • ½ (1 ½-2 lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Steakhouse Beef Tri-Tip
  • 1 heart romaine, cleaned and split in half, grilled
  • ¼ cup prepared croutons
  • ¼ cup shaved asiago cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  Zesty Caesar Dressing
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Steakhouse Tri-Tip paired with Grilled Romaine, Crunchy Croutons, Shaved Asiago & Parmesan Cheese, all tossed in a Zesty Caesar Dressing.

  1. Cook the tri-tip according to package instructions, slice thinly.
  2. Pulse the egg and yolks in a blender with cheeses, lemon juice, Worcestershire and chili flakes. Slowly add the oil until thickens, refrigerate.
  3. To assemble the salad, place slices of tri-tip on grilled romaine and top with croutons and cheese. Finish with Caesar dressing.
