Ingredients
  • 1 (1 ½-2 lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Peppercorn Beef Half Tri-Tip
  • 1 stick (½ cup) softened unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped fully cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dry tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon coarse ground sea salt
  • 1 bunch cleaned and trimmed asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

  1. Grill tri-tip according to package instructions.
  2. Mix the butter, bacon, tarragon and sea salt together and keep refrigerated.
  3. Toss asparagus with oil, kosher salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook for 5-6 minutes and place on serving platter and garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve the steak atop the asparagus and finish with the butter mixture.
