Ingredients
  • ½ (1 ½-2 lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Santa Maria Beef Half Tri-Tip
  • 1 (8.8 oz) pack Naan bread loaves
  • 1 grilled and diced fresh peach
  • 1 medium sized sliced tomato
  • ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • ½ cup fresh arugula
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

The flavors of summer come to life in our Santa Maria Beef Half Tri-Tip and fresh peaches, grilled over coals and delicately sliced onto a crisp flatbread crust with vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes, ribbons of prosciutto and fresh arugula with hand-torn studs of goat cheese.

  1. Prepare tri-tip according to package grill instructions, slice thinly.
  2. Layer both Naan bread loaves with diced peaches, tomatoes slices, sliced tri-tip and cheese. Place onto the grill over low heat and toast for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Be sure to rotate often to prevent burning.
  3. Finish with slices of prosciutto, arugula and a drizzle of olive oil.
