  • 1/2 c diced onions
  • 1/4 c oil, divided
  • 1 c rice, cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c green peas
  • 1/4 c soy
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste

White rice tossed with scrambled eggs, soy sauce, carrots, onions and sweet peas.

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook the onion for 2 minutes and stir in the eggs, cook until scrambled.
  2. Add the cooked rice, carrots, peas and salt; stir over the heat until well incorporated. Season with black pepper to taste and serve with Green Chili Fusion Pork Sirloin Filets.
