  • 1 package Tyson® Crafted Creations®  Spicy Tomato Beer Thighs
  • 2 c gemelli pasta
  • 1 c unsalted chicken stock
  • ½ c diced onion
  • ½ c diced tomato
  • ½ c tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ½ c green peas

Spicy tomato beer chicken thighs with gemelli pasta, creamy tomato sauce, large chunks of fresh tomato, onions and green peas.

  1. Heat a well-oiled skillet over medium-high to high heat and sear the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Add the pasta into the skillet coating with the natural juices from the chicken. Stir in the stock, ensure all the pasta is in the liquid. Cover and cook until the pasta is al dente and the liquid is absorbed, about 12-15 minutes.
  3. Stir in the onion, tomato, sauce and cream. Heat everything until the sauce thickens and everything is coated, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Finally stir in the peas until they are warm and finish this skillet with parmesan cheese.
