Chicken Fajita Lasagna Rolls

  • 1 package Tyson® Crafted Creations® Chicken Breast Fajita Strips
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 (9 oz) box oven-ready lasagna sheets, cooked
  • 1-2 c ricotta cheese
  • 2 c tomato sauce
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ c shredded parmesan

Mexico meets Italy in this delicious marriage of skillet-charred chicken breast fajita strips, baked in lasagna pasta with ricotta cheese and smothered in tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F
  2. Heat a large skillet over high heat and cook the chicken strips until golden in color, about 10-15 minutes, set aside on a stack of paper towels to drain the natural juices.
  3. Lay out the cooked lasagna sheets on a clean work surface. Divide the ricotta cheese and chicken strips on one side of the lasagna sheets and carefully roll from one side to the other. Place the rolls into a greased 13x9” baking pan. Pour the tomato sauce and top with mozzarella.
  4. Cook the lasagna rolls 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
