  • 1 (2-3 lbs.) package Tyson® Crafted Creations Pork Shoulder for Barbeque
  • 2 cups shaved Brussels sprouts
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup slaw dressing
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill

Shaved Brussels sprouts tossed with golden raisins, slaw dressing, feta cheese and fresh dill.

  • Cook the pork shoulder according to package instructions. When the pork is finished, pull half of the pork using 2 forks and keep warm in the natural juices. Reserve the second half for another meal.
  • Combine the Brussels sprouts, cheese, dressing, raisins and dill in a large serving bowl. Serve this cold slaw alongside the hot pork shoulder.
