Ingredients
- 1 (2lbs.) vacuum pack Crafted Creations Seasoned Beef for Fajitas
- 15 corn tortillas
- ½ cup diced white onion
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ cup diced red onion
Instructions
- Cook beef according to package instructions; thinly slice or dice.
- Heat tortillas on grill for 20-30 seconds on each side. Place tortillas between damp paper towels and set aside until use.
- Combine all ingredients for pico de gallo.
- To build tacos, evenly divide beef and pico de gallo between the tacos and serve hot.
