  • 2 packages Tyson® Crafted Creations Pork Sparerib Mini-Racks Smokehouse or Applewood
  • ¼ c Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 eggs, fried
  • ¼ c pickles
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1 c iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 4 buns, toasted

Slow-cooked Pork Spareribs with the bones carefully removed and sandwiched between a sesame seed bun with a “special” sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles and fried egg.

  • Cook the mini rib racks according to package instructions. Carefully remove the bones from the racks and cut each rack in half.
  • Build the sandwiches by layering the dressing, rib racks, fried eggs, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce between the toasted buns.
