BBQ Pork Nachos

  • 1 (2-3 lbs.) package Tyson® Crafted Creations Pork Shoulder for Barbeque
  • 6 ounces tortilla chips
  • ½ cup queso blanco dip or sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup prepare bacon ranch dressing

Slow-cooked Barbeque Pork Shoulder broiled over corn chips smothered with cheese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions and drizzled with bacon ranch.

  • Cook the pork shoulder according to package instructions. When the pork is finished, pull half of the pork using 2 forks and keep warm in the natural juices. Reserve the second half for another meal.
  • Preheat oven at 425°F.
  • Layer a pie dish or baking dish with chips, pulled pork, queso blanco dip and shredded cheese. Heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • Finish with the green onions and a drizzle of dressing.
